New York City home to ‘unusual’ new development

New York, NY – A new apartment building in the city is currently under construction on the former site of the old World War II naval shipyard.

The building, a six-story building, will be completed in the fall.

Construction is expected to start in 2019.

It will have 120 apartments, a rooftop pool, a bar, a restaurant and an infinity pool.

The project is the work of the new American International Group, which was founded by John Littman, an architect.

The developer is looking to expand its existing office space to 1,100 square feet.

It was revealed last year that Littmen was involved in an earlier effort to revitalize the site.

He and the city of New York have already invested $15 million into the project.

American International Group was founded in 1982 by John and Mary Littmans, a couple who purchased the shipyard property and began renovations.

The Littmans plan to use the site to house up to 100 new office spaces and a restaurant.

The development will bring thousands of new residents into the city.
