But for now, here are the top 10 tips to fix your aluminum fuel leak: Remove the aluminum engine cover, the oil pan, and the fuel tank from the car.
Remove the front bumper and radiator fan cover, and replace them with the new ones.
Replace the fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel pump assembly with the replacement ones.
Remove all of the aluminum wiring, wires, and nuts from the fuel lines, and use a new one.
If this is the first time you’ve had to do this, it can be helpful to have a new electrical grounding and grounding line, too.
Reinstall the fuel system with a new system.
It is important to have the fuel systems inspected by an independent service professional, as this can reduce the chance of an accidental fuel leak.
Replace any other bolts that are loose, loose fitting, or damaged.
You should replace all of your radiator fans and air conditioning units, too, as well.
Make sure the metal fuel tank is properly installed and properly connected to the fuel line.
