What’s next for the Italian giants?

The first season of the Serie A has been cancelled and a new season will start later this year, according to club president Stefano Pessina.

Alberto Mancini, the club’s chairman, said in a statement: “This has been the most difficult time for us since the signing of Marco Mancinelli, and we’ve been struggling for some time with the financial situation.”

However, this season has shown us that we can still compete with the best teams in the world.

“This means that we have to decide whether to continue with our plan of playing the last three home games in December or postpone the start of the season.”

The Bianconeri are also in negotiations to sign Italian international Gianluca Vialli, with the 28-year-old a possible option to play in the Champions League in January.

Mancinelli is a versatile player who has made over 20 Serie A appearances for the Nerazzurri, including his debut in 2014.
